Negative reviews of tourists about Biblio Globus

1. Complaints are found on vacation days taken... The company does not suffer from the total flight transfer syndrome, but it happens that when buying a tour (in advance), the flight program has not yet been approved, and only the day of departure / arrival is known. Subsequently, it turns out that out of 8 days of rest (for example, from 13 to 20), two can be deleted, because the plane arrives late (on the evening of the 13th) and departs early (on the morning of the 20th).
2. Biblio Globus receives negative reviews for organizing check-in - hard times for those people who do not speak English, and the hotel guide is not found on the spot. Of course, the problem can be easily solved with the help of an interpreter on the phone, but, as some tourists say, the representatives of the tour operator “cannot be reached” even on ordinary days. "The main thing for them is to sell excursions!" - a frequent complaint.
3. The biggest mistake of the tour operator is, of course, the situation from 2017 in the Dominican Republic, when the formidable Irma (hurricane) was approaching the islands. The flight was postponed a day later, but refused to pay for an extra night at the Biblio Globus hotel. Vacationers had to spend their hard-earned money and go to court upon arrival.

Of the 5 above-mentioned points with the "+" sign, we have experienced 3.Firstly, we got a stunning price of 62,000 rubles for two with accommodation in a 3-star hotel with breakfast. Secondly, we flew by Boeing from a / to Russia, and these were the quietest 9 hours of our life, spent on the plane. Thirdly, the local SIM card turned out to have a great internet connection (additional plug-in option), and the blue backpack was used to calculate "friends" for one or two. We did not buy excursions, and all the key stages - flight, transfer, accommodation - went smoothly.

But there was also a minus. And this is amazing! - hotel guide. He was also not present at check-in (although he was not obliged, and it does not matter to us, we know English), but he managed to pick up the return tickets and did not return them safely. In short, an unpleasant type. We quickly forgot about him, and this did not affect the overall impression of the work of the company.

Outcome: tour operator Biblio Globus definitely gets a like. And at the same time, the wish is to cope with force majeure events (as in the fall of 2017) in a more customer-oriented manner.
